THAI YOGA MASSAGE
A holistic therapy, using pressure points, trigger points and assisted yoga techniques, these facilitates the body to move in ways that are difficult to attain through normal exercise and individual practice. This treatment is done on a firm mattress on the floor where the receiver is required to wear comfortable loosely fit clothing.
Relaxed, deep breathing helps to restore balance and peaceful state of mind.
Thai massage is also a spiritual discipline since it incorporates the Buddhist principles of mindfulness. The benefits of all these techniques, help enhancing physical and mental wellbeing.
THAI COMBINATION (TABLE THAI) MASSAGE
This treatment combines the Traditional Thai/Yoga massage and deep tissue massage. The treatment is done on a massage couch (with oil), where the therapist uses acupressure techniques, deep tissue strokes, pressure points and gentle yoga stretching, soft tissue release and occasionally using traditional massage tools (tapping tools and wooden stick) if requires.
It is perfect for reducing muscles aches and pain, improve flexibility and reduce muscles tightness.

THAI FOOT MASSAGE
Similar approach to Reflexology, working on pressure points in the foot and lower legs. Cream and tiger balm are used along with with a small wooden stick, which is used on more specific areas. The pressure is firm and at times may feel uncomfortable on the problematic areas.
LOMI LOMI MASSAGE
A Hawaiian massage, traditionally performed by Hawaiian Healers (Ka Hunas) the reverend or the grandmother of the family, aiming to create flow and harmony to a person’s wellbeing. It was handed down by word of mouth through female line in the family hence there is so many variations of techniques. Lomi Lomi techniques mimics the waves and the flow of the ocean, therapist employs long, continue wavelike strokes. Incense or smudges may be used, along with some negative energy clearing techniques (depending on therapist's practice/belief, please discuss these beforehand) Lomi Lomi is gentle and deeply relaxing massage aiming to promote inner wellbeing.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE
This treatment uses very gentle circular motion strokes to encourage lymph flow. It is done directly on skin without any medium or with natural talcum powder. This treatment providing a very relaxing experience. It promotes lymph fluid drainage, increase the movement of the lymphatic systems which improve immunity.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Unlike Swedish body massage, Deep Tissue massage works more of problematic areas rather than full body massage. This treatment aims to realign the different layers of tissue, treating the tendons, ligaments and fascia as well as the muscles to release tension and reduce pain. These layers of rigid overused tissues can cause pain and inflammation, and restrict movement and circulation in muscle tissues. This treatment is ideal for chronic tension and injuries from tired and overused tissues, such as tennis elbow, rotator cuffs injury, muscles spasm, stiff neck, tight legs and so on. Whilst some of the strokes are similar to regular Massage, the pace tends to be slower and pressure is applied more strongly, concentrated on problem areas. Therapists may use their forearms, elbows, fingertips and knuckles as well as their hands in order to break-up adhesions and waste products.

THAI HERBAL COMPRESS MASSAGE
Thai Herbal Compress offers several potential health benefits. The stone Therapy massage involves the using of hot and cold including Semi-precious stones for work on the body and for placement on and under the body during treatment. The principle of alternating heated and chilled stones is called "Geothermotherapy". Stone therapy also employs deep penetrating massage techniques and energy work to restore balance and harmony to the body. This will helps reducing muscles tension, increase blood circulation and promote healing.

Facial Gua Sha Massage
This treatment incorporates face mapping, based on Chinese Medicine protocols using Gua Sha techniques on the face, neck and shoulders, acupressure points.
It is believed that Qi or Chi is energy that flows through the body. Many people believe that a person's Qi must be balanced and flowing freely to ensure their health and well-being. When become blocked can causing pain or tension in the muscles and joints. Traditional East Asian medicine views blood stasis or stagnation as a cause of pain and illness.
Gua Sha aims to move this blocked energy to relieve stagnation and alleviate symptoms via stimulate blood circulation to the muscles, tissues and organs; reducing stiffness, pain and increasing mobility. Additionally Gua Sha is an eastern anti-ageing technique and is used in conjunction with a Jade Rollers. This ancient tool is used in rhythmic strokes to massage, smooth and scrape the skin to release stagnation, muscle tension and tightness in the face. It irons out fine lines, tightens and speeds up the elimination of congestion such as eye bag.
Face Gua Sha helps to decongest the skin and improve blood flow and circulation. The firm but gentle scraping movements encourage lymph drainage to the face and neck which detoxify, helping to clear sinus congestion, prevent acne, dark skin pigmentation and puffiness or dark circles under the eyes.
Regular Facial Gua Sha helps prevent acne breakouts by reducing clogged pores, can reduce acne scarring as it encourages new skin growth and will also allow the organic facial oils to penetrate deeper to nourish the skin.
