Step into calm. My sessions are unhurried and restorative, designed to release tension and settle the nervous system so your body can reset.

The room stays quiet so you can switch off. I’ll set lighting and music to your preference. I work with precision: slow tissue testing, sustained pressure on restrictions, and calibrated pacing as the tissue yields. You’ll leave with improved range or comfort and a clear action plan for mobility, recovery, and follow-ups where appropriate.

Below are the approaches on offer and how they help different needs.

AN ANCIENT SCIENCE

THAI YOGA MASSAGE

A holistic therapy, using pressure points, trigger points and assisted yoga techniques, that facilitate the body to move in ways that are difficult to attain through normal exercise and individual practice. This treatment is done on a firm mattress on the floor where the client is required to wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing.

Relaxed, deep breathing helps to restore balance and a peaceful state of mind.

Thai massage is also a spiritual discipline since it incorporates the Buddhist principles of mindfulness. The benefits of all these techniques, help enhance physical and mental well-being.

RESTORE HARMONY

LOMI LOMI MASSAGE

A Hawaiian massage, traditionally performed by Hawaiian Healers (kahunas), the reverend or the grandmother of the family, aiming to create flow and harmony in a person’s wellbeing. It was handed down by word of mouth through the female line in the family hence there are so many variations of techniques. Lomi Lomi techniques mimic the waves and the flow of the ocean. Likewise, your therapist employs long, continuous wave-like strokes. Incense or smudge sticks may be used, along with some negative energy clearing techniques (depending on therapist's practice/beliefs. These may be discussed beforehand) Lomi Lomi is a gentle and deeply relaxing massage aiming to promote inner well-being.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Unlike the Swedish body massage, Deep Tissue massage works more of problematic areas rather than full body massage. This treatment aims to realign the different layers of tissue, treating the tendons, ligaments and fascia as well as the muscles to release tension and reduce pain. These layers of rigid overused tissues can cause pain and inflammation, and restrict movement and circulation in muscle tissues. This treatment is ideal for chronic tension and injuries from tired and overused tissues, such as tennis elbow, rotator cuff injury, muscle spasm, stiff neck, tight legs and so on. Whilst some of the strokes are similar to regular massage, the pace tends to be slower and pressure is applied more strongly, concentrated on problem areas. Therapists may use their forearms, elbows, fingertips and knuckles as well as their hands in order to break up adhesions and waste products.

Firm, targeted pressure • Knots & chronic tension • Slower, focused strokes • Full-body focus

AN ANCIENT SCIENCE

THAI HERBAL COMPRESS MASSAGE

Warm, steamed bundles of Thai herbs are pressed and rolled through the body to melt stiffness and invite deep relaxation. Heat penetrates, the botanicals’ aroma soothes, and measured pressure eases overworked areas without rushing or “technique-hopping.” Many clients leave moving more freely and feeling grounded, with calmer breath and softer tissue. Benefits can include less tension and fatigue, better circulation and lymph flow, easier breathing, and nourished skin.

Thai Herbal Compress offers several potential health benefits. These include: relieving fatigue and stress, inducing deep relaxation, boosting both emotional and physical well-being, assisting alignment and postural integrity of the body, improving circulation of blood and lymph, and stimulating the internal organs.

The compress contains a blend of traditional Thai herbs that have an invigorating effect on the body and mind, soothing sore or overworked muscles. The steamed compresses are ideal for alleviating pain, stiff, sore or pulled muscles and ligaments, chronic backaches, arthritis, even skin conditions, migraines and chronic stress or anxiety.

The herbs used in the compress possess properties that are anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, astringent and antioxidant. They are used to address sprains, bruises and sore muscles, cleanse and heal the skin by promoting cell growth, and aid upper respiratory ailments such as bronchitis, asthma, and the common cold.

Benefits of Thai Herbal Compress Massage

NATURAL HEALING

STONE THERAPY MASSAGE

Stones have been used in ceremonies and treatments for thousands of years in many cultures such as the Incas, ancient Egyptians, and Chinese etc.

The Stone Therapy Massage involves the use of hot and cold - including semi-precious - stones. With gentle oil, stones are glided and placed on/under the body to melt muscle tension, ease stiffness, and encourage healthy circulation. The temperature contrast (geothermotherapy) leaves you grounded, balanced, and restored. Stone therapy also employs deep-penetrating massage techniques and energy work to restore balance and harmony to the body. This will help reduce muscle tension, increase blood circulation and promote healing.

Hot & cold (optional) • Oil-based glide • Deep relaxation • Targeted stone placement • Eases tight, sore muscles • Circulation boost

A calming face, neck, and shoulder ritual that blends face mapping with smooth stone tools and gentle acupressure. Using light oil for glide, your therapist works in slow, upward strokes to release facial tension, encourage circulation, and sculpt the natural contours of the face and jaw.

The result is a fresh, lifted glow: de-puffed cheeks and under-eyes, softer expression lines, and easier jaw/sinus comfort. Often paired with a jade roller to boost product absorption, this treatment is gentle, relaxing, and has no downtime—ideal before events or anytime you want a reset.

Designed for active people and athletes, Sports Massage targets overworked areas, restores range of motion, and supports quicker recovery between sessions and training days.

Expect precise, purposeful techniques—deep tissue and myofascial release, cross-fiber work, trigger points, and assisted stretching—applied at an even pace with pressure adjusted to what your tissue can comfortably take. Sessions can be tuned for pre-event (brisk, preparation-focused), post-event (calming, flush and restore), or maintenance to address patterns that limit performance. You’ll leave moving more freely, with a simple plan for mobility and recovery to keep progress going.
